1. Where are you based?

A: Kolkata, India.

2. Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes I do! But this website is for Indian orders only. If you are located outside of India then please shop from here: https://www.trashburritoshop.com/

3. How long does shipping take? Can we track it?

A: Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking link on your phone and email. There you will be able to see the estimated delivery date.

4. Do you accept COD?

A: No.

5. Can I cancel my order?

A: You can not cancel orders for IN STOCK items. You can cancel orders for PRE-ORDER items within 24 hours. After that, they are not eligible for cancellation and refund.

6. Can I make changes to my order? Can I combine shipping for multiple orders?

A: I will try my best to accommodate your requests if you want to modify your order or change address details or combine shipping etc. Please email me at ashboorito@gmail.com or dm me at Twitter or Instagram as soon as possible.

7. Can you include a gift message in my order?

A: Of course! Please dm/email me with your name, order number and the message.
